Program overview

O-Cyrus LLC ("O-Cyrus," "we," "our," or "us") offers an optional SMS program for public announcements and alerts. Messages may include notices about new guides, Adventures of O & Cyrus episodes, product or service updates, and related O-Cyrus content published on o-cyrus.com. This program is for informational announcements and alerts—not one-to-one customer support chats.

Consent and opt-in

You opt in by texting a keyword (for example, JOIN) to the number shown on an O-Cyrus advertisement or signage. That advertisement identifies O-Cyrus LLC, describes public announcements and alerts, displays message frequency, notes that message and data rates may apply, provides STOP / HELP instructions, and links to our Terms of Service, these SMS terms, and our Privacy Policy. All of those disclosures are visible to you before you send the keyword. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and is disclosed on the advertisement or signage used for opt-in. You may receive occasional public announcements and alerts when we publish new content or have a relevant update—typically a few messages per month under normal use.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent the message. After we process your request, you will receive a one-time confirmation and will no longer receive program messages unless you opt in again. You may also request removal by contacting us through our contact page.

Help (HELP)

For help, text HELP to the number that sent the message, or contact us via the contact page. Support hours follow our normal business response times.

Supported carriers and delivery

Compatible carriers in the United States typically include major wireless providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device settings.

Privacy

We use your mobile number to send the messages you opted into and to process STOP/HELP requests. We do not sell your phone number. For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
