Customers opt in by texting a keyword (for example, JOIN) to the number shown on an advertisement or signage. The advertisement identifies O-Cyrus LLC, describes public announcements and alerts, displays message frequency, notes that message and data rates may apply, provides STOP/HELP instructions, and shows Terms of Service and Privacy Policy URLs—all visible before the keyword is sent. If you opt in, we use your mobile number solely to send those announcements and alerts and to process STOP and HELP requests. Consent to SMS is not required to buy goods or services from us. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed.
